Electrical

Installed by experienced professionals, the wiring is color coded and numbered at both terminals for easy troubleshooting and equipment additions. The boat features a well-engineered distribution panel, separated into AC and DC service, with sufficient circuit breakers for current and future equipment. Additionally, a reverse polarity indicator ensures safe dockside connections.

Additional Refit / Upgrade Timeline Notes

2016: New Hull Paint job, Flybridge eyebrow and covering were painted with 3M5200, Modified Mast to air draft of 19ft 6in up

2017: New Rule 2000 bilge pump. Removed formica from shower walls and replaced with 17 oz biaxial fiberglass with mat. Replaced aft deck battery charger. Replaced engine room battery charger with Xantrex true charge 40 amp. Replaced starboard engine battery with new Rolls battery. 

2018: Replaced port engine battery. Replaced both engine fuel lift pumps. Painted bottom with 2 coats of Pettit Ultima SR 60. Painted underwater metals with 2 coats of Pettit Trinidad Pro. Lower teak rail stripped to bare wood and varnished with 8 coats of Epifanes Clear Wood Finish. 

2019: Replaced old Generator with NEW Northern Lights 6KW Generator. 

  • March: Replaced #4 injector on the port engine. The injector seal was leaking fuel into the engine crankcase. Replaced 12 leak-off pipe washers. Pressure-tested leak-off pipe at 6 psi for three minutes – no leaks.
  • On Board Spare Parts
  • Engine starter, alternator, fuel lift pump, set of injection pipes, engine seawater pump, engine and generator oil filters and fuel filters, spare engine belts – carried on engines, galley pump, shower drain pump, emergency engine belt, plus miscellaneous parts. 
  • There is a spare valve cover gasket that is attached to the inner wall of the middle seating cabinet for safe storage.
  • All new electronics – Completed in 2019 and autopilot installed.
  • Garmin Reactor 40 mechanical retrofit or solenoid core pack for autopilot. #010-00705-48
