The attention to detail for interior accommodation, by Ted Hood, is apparent while viewing this boat. There are no clumsy corners or head knockers. She sleeps five with a great V-berth forward. Ample storage in drawers, hanging locker and lockers with ventilation via decorative and practical caning. Access to the head is from the forward cabin or separate entrance from the main salon. A full stand up shower with hot and cold pressure water accommodates people up to 6'2" and the electric head has been added.
Across on starboard is a hanging locker. Next aft on starboard is a very practically remodeled settee. A unique conversion of storage space provides greater access. A beautifully fabricated teak, bulkhead mounted, fold down table houses book shelves and a bottle locker. The port side settee has been upgraded with easy access to storage like the starboard side. Next aft on port is the easily accessed quarter berth aft and remote nav and chart table. Across the companionway on starboard is the galley with hot and cold pressure water, Ice Box and a 3 burner propane stove with oven. Engine access aft of removable companionway stairs. Varnished teak and holly cabin sole with gloss finished teak interior. The interior is well ventilated with 2-dorade ventilators, 4-opening ports and 2-opening deck hatches with screens.
Upholstery and Curtains:
"The spacious and efficient galley is located adjacent to the companionway for good ventilation and to keep the cook in close contact with the cockpit. Built in a U-shape, this area combines large counter surfaces and ample storage space with a deep sink (hot and cold pressure water), large ice box and three burner alcohol stove with oven (propane-optional)." ~ Bristol 35.5 Brochure
The forward-facing Navigation Station is located to port of the companionway steps. It shares the seat of the quarter-berth directly aft.
The quarter-berth is located to port aft of the navigation station. The berth also serves as a seat for the forward-facing navigation station.
Continuing forward into her salon:
At the foremost of 'Solution' is her private V-berth Cabin:

Since 1986 we have opened five more offices over the past 32 years in Camden and Belfast, Maine, Salem, Massachusetts, Newport, Rhode Island and Mystic, Connecticut attracting twelve of the best brokers on the east coast. We are not just another boat brokerage hanging out a shingle, we invest in what we believe in: the product. We inventory Sirena Yachts, Axopar and J/Boats. We service our boats and customers unlike many brokers in the business. We take trades and we are fair to our customers. We understand the value of our customers over the long run.
Rob grew up on the coast of Maine where he began sailing at the age of 8 through a local yacht club program. He learned many important lessons about teamwork in those early days of sailing turnabouts and 420’s. Later he would become an instructor with that same program teaching kids and adults the joys of day sailing and racing. After graduating from college in 2002 he then moved to Annapolis Maryland and began his career as a yacht broker specializing in the sale of blue water trawlers and sailboats.
Upon his return to Maine in 2013 he opened a satellite office for a brokerage based in Newport at Handy Boat Service in Falmouth. Here he oversaw the sale of both new and used boats with an emphasis on cruising sailboats. In 2017 Rob joined the team at East Coast Yacht Sales in their Yarmouth office where he continues to develop and hone his abilities to coordinate custom boat builds and facilitate smooth transactions for both buyers and sellers on the brokerage market.
