The Oyster 56 'Liberty' is a superb example of Oyster's most successful Oyster 56 series and fully equipped for long distance offshore sailing. Her experienced owners have maintained the boat well and added extra upgrades such as wind generators and solar panels to make her even more self-reliant. All navigation systems have been upgraded in 2017 - 2022.
Liberty, originally named 'Avolore,' was built in 2002 and is the 25th example of Oyster's iconic model. The current owners are the fourth owners who purchased her in 2017 through YachtSalesInternational.com. They spent four years updating the boat, learning her systems and finding their sea legs in preparation for their 2022-2023 Oyster World Rally around-the-world cruise. After completing their journey in March 2023, Liberty returned to Annapolis and now awaits her new owners who would like to enjoy the cruising lifestyle and endless adventures as they sail offshore.
Liberty is a proven offshore cruising boat, sensibly priced and ideally equipped for anyone planning on short-handed sailing on either long distant offshore or coastal cruising passages. With a wealth of updated equipment and plenty of spare parts on board, Liberty is ready to put to sea again. If you are planning your next adventure in the near future, Liberty should be on the top of your list.
