From the fiberglass swimplatform, you enter the hardtop covered aftdeck via the transom gate. Once inside the aftdeck, you can step up molded-in steps to each side deck, step up a stainless steel & teak ladder to the flybridge or step into the salon via a sliding teak & glass door. Once inside the salon, you will find a wrap-around settee and hi/lo table to port, storage cabinetry starboard aft and lower helm starboard forward. Walk forward and step down to find the galley to starboard and guest stateroom to port. There is a door to port with direct access to the guest head. The guest head shares a tub/shower with the master stateroom, which is forward. The master stateroom has an ensuite head starboard aft and the shared tub/shower port aft. Engine room access is via door port forward in the aftdeck and a salon sole hatch. Interior carpet and upholstery were new in 2021.
The head room in the salon is 6'4", 7'3" on the aftdeck, 6'6" on the flybridge, 7'10" in the galley, 6'1" in the guest stateroom, 6'3" in the master stateroom and 6'2" in the shared tub/shower. The master stateroom berth is 6'7" long and the guest stateroom berth is 6'7" long.
The height from the waterline to the top of the Radar arch is 14'6".
Salty offers a master stateroom forward with a centerline queen size berth and an ensuite head starboard aft and a shared tub/shower port aft; and a guest stateroom to port with a queen size berth and ensuite head.
The salon offers a wrap-around settee and hi/lo table to port, storage cabinetry starboard aft, carpet, opening side windows with screens and curtains, aft windows, LG flat screen TV in a custom wooden box and a sliding teak & glass door to the aftdeck.
The down galley is starboard forward.
Dining space is available at the salon settee.
The master stateroom is forward and offers a centerline queen size berth, 3 portlights, overhead hatch with a shade, carpet, shelves, hanging locker, storage drawers and cabinet and an ensuite head starboard aft and a shared tub/shower port aft.
The guest stateroom is to port and offers a queen size berth, opening side windows with curtains, carpet, hanging locker, storage cabinet, shelf, reading light and an ensuite head with shared tub/shower with the master stateroom.

The flybridge offers bimini, full Eisenglass enclosure, non-skid deck, benchseats on both sides and aft, anchor windlass control, helm forward, helmseat, Radar arch, Forespar stainless steel outboard davit aft, 2 rod holders aft and a stainless steel & teak ladder to the aftdeck.
The aftdeck offers a hardtop, non-skid deck, 2 deck chairs, molded-in steps to each side deck, teak cap rails, coaming cushions, transom gate, Magma stainless steel BBQ grill and a stainless steel & teak ladder to the flybridge.

Curtis Stokes was born in Lewes, Delaware and grew up in nearby Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and St. Michael’s, MD until he moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Curtis grew up on the water and around boats through many years of fishing and hunting with his father and brothers throughout the Mid-Atlantic area. While attending Washington College, in Chestertown, Maryland, Curtis decided to obtain his real estate license and joined his father’s real estate firm, Anderson-Stokes Realtors. Curtis became president of the firm after his father’s death and led the company through its expansion to 20 offices and expanded the publicly traded company into insurance, advertising and development. The company was sold and Curtis decided to pursue his real love of the water and made yachting his career.
Curtis’ yachting career includes everything from a 75′ Trumpy to a 180′ Feadship. He has been associated with and enjoyed worldwide cruising on such well known vessels as EXCELLENCE, FIFFANELLA, OUR TOY, MOECCA, RENEGADE, KISSES and HUNTRESS. Curtis also gained experience as sales manager at Hatteras Yachts, in New Bern, NC, where he helped develop and sell new models and train and coordinate his dealer network. Curtis left Hatteras Yachts after Brunswick Corp. bought the company to pursue his ultimate goal of being an independent yacht broker. Curtis now enjoys working as a team with his wife, Gill, associated with Curtis Stokes and Associates based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Curtis previously held a USCG 3000 ton Master license and a PADI Divemaster certificate. He is also a former Emergency Medical Technician, firefighter and CPR instructor. Curtis is an active member of the Professional Yachtsmen’s Association, Superyacht Society, Coastal Conservation Association, Billfish Foundation, International Gamefish Association, and Duck’s Unlimited.
Curtis earned the Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB) designation and is a member of the Florida Yacht Broker Association, Northwest Yacht Broker Association and the Yacht Broker Association of America.
