The Catalina 350 was introduced in 2003 and was rated as the Cruising Boat of the Year by Cruising World Magazine. It incorporated many desired features usually found only in larger vessels. With an on-deck length of 35' 3" and a beam of 13' 0" the 350 is a bigger boat and a true35-footer. Deep secure coamings and seats long enough for sleeping highlight the cockpit. Wide weather decks, tall lifelines and inboard shrouds made for secure movement.
No Frets has been well maintained and upgraded by Very Knowledgeable owners with years of sailing experience. She was purchased in New Jersey in 2015 and shipped to Florida and has been cruising Florida and the Keys ever since.

Here is what Catalina had to say about the 350.....
"The Catalina 350 features deep coamings and seats long enough for sleeping highlight the cockpit. Wide weather decks and inboard shrouds make for secure passages. A divided anchor locker has double rollers and electric windlass. Sail controls are led aft on the cabin top to large winches. The powerful, yet easily managed rig includes ball-bearing blocks and in-mast furling. The versatile accommodations include settees that will serve as sea berths. Private cabins, separate stall shower, generous tankage, large battery banks and big lockers give the 350 the capacity for comfortable cruising."
The owner's stateroom is forward, with a centerline pedestal berth. The fully appointed stateroom includes lockers, drawers, and private access to the head. The head has a vanity counter, a full medicine cabinet and an enclosed stall shower with a folding door and seat. The salon is large and well-ventilated and can be set for dining with a large table or the cocktail table as in the pictures. There is a comfortable second cabin aft with a large hanging locker and storage. The galley is well equipped and functional, with lots of counter space and storage.
The galley has solid surface counter tops, great storage and stainless-steel double sink, stove, oven and refrigerator/freezer. It is out of the traffic flow, yet convenient to the cockpit...
Recent maintenance:

This Catalina 350 has been well maintained by her owners and has cruised the Florida coast and the Keys with its current owner since purchased in 2015. It is time for a change of scenery, the owners are moving to Texas to be closer to their Grandchildren, so the house and boat are on the market.
I found many reviews on Catalina 350's but this one from yachtandboat by YATCO said it very well....
"The 350’s design theme and all boats have a theme that is easy use, a lot of standard equipment and a lot of clever detail design. The list of standard equipment is very long and the price is short. The result is an extremely comfortable craft in the habitat sense i.e. both down below and while sailing. But it should also be very comfortable to live on for long periods of time, as the clever detail design eliminates all the niggles, which can make long-term sailing a chore...."
There was minor damage during Hurricane Ian, the solar panels dropped on the helm, hence all the new instruments and new solar panels. There is also repair on the transom.
The dinghy, outboard, and owner's personal items are not included in the sale. The dinghy and motor will be available for sale after closing.
