Walkthrough

When boarding “Flynn’s Folly III” from stern, you will climb onboard a large swim platform, perfect for swimming and diving and with plenty of room for water toys. There is a large watertight door that leads to the crew quarters and engine room, surrounded by two wide staircases that take you up to the large aft deck. The teak covered aft deck features a varnished cap rail, a large high gloss compass rose style dining table and seating for nine guests. The aft deck also features a separate door for crew entrance, retractable TV, stairs to the flybridge, cockpit controls, and boarding gates both port and starboard. Moving forward through the large curved four panel automatic glass doors with stainless steel trim, you will enter the salon.

When entering the salon, a large double sleeper sofa with ottoman is to port, and a sunken bar is to starboard with a granite countertop, sink, refrigerator, ice maker, and 50” TV with Bose surround sound, while a beautiful Macassar Ebony high gloss table with seating for eight is forward. The salon features gorgeous high gloss cherry wood cabinetry with granite countertops throughout featuring ample storage including custom cabinets for china, crystal, and custom glass. The large salon windows both port and starboard feature retractable Hunter Douglas blinds. Custom Cherry Wood ceiling details separate the salon and wet bar, and dining room areas.

Forward of the dining area to starboard is the day head, and continuing forward is a staircase leading to the guest staterooms. Guest staterooms include a full beam king sized bed master stateroom, and three en suite guest staterooms with queen sized beds. The guest stateroom to starboard features a queen-sized bed and a single pullman bed. Also featured in the guest stateroom area is a washer dryer, and marble tile floors.

Walking forward from the dining room to the Galley, you will find large wrap around windows, with port and starboard watertight doors to the bow and side decks. The Galley features a large stainless-steel Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool oven and cook top, Whirlpool dishwasher and microwave. Cherry cabinets, granite countertops, as well as granite tile flooring featured throughout. There is a large island with extra storage, and a U-Line wine cooler. Also featured in the galley is a large dinette table for breakfast or more casual meals. The galley also features a finished interior staircase leading to the flybridge, accessed by a sliding door.

The expansive flybridge is perfectly set up for entertaining, and functionality! The large factory built hard top offers a huge covered space complete with EZ2CY wraparound curtains. The helm is to port, and is set up to give the captain perfect vision while running the boat. The electronics are neatly built into a wraparound dash, while three Pompanette Captain’s chairs provide seating in comfort! Behind the helm to port is a key bar, with three stools, ice maker, refrigerator and sink. Above the bar and built into the hard top is a fold down TV. To port and starboard are two lounge areas, still being covered by the large hard top. To starboard, just behind the hard top is a jacuzzi tub for six, and behind the jacuzzi tub is a large deck for a tender, or lounge seats and a Frigibar stand-alone drop in freezer for additional cold storage.

Crew access is through the watertight door centerline on the transom, or port side on the aft deck under the stairs to the flybridge. The crew’s quarters include a washer dryer, refrigerators, drop in freezer, two staterooms and one head. The Captain’s cabin features a queen-sized bed, and a bunk room for two additional crew. The engine room is forward of the crew quarters and is immaculate!!!
