Mainship engineers and designers have utilized every available space in the 34 to offer a centerline queen berth master stateroom, full head with stall shower and a salon large enough to entertain in. The galley includes a two-burner range, microwave oven, coffee maker and dual-voltage refrigerator and freezer. Countertops are genuine Corian and all hardware and fixtures are first-class. The covered aft deck includes molded steps to the bridge for safe and easy access. The upper helm station carries full instrumentation, and there is plenty of room for electronics as well. There is a lower helm station as well. The proven hull design is easily driven by twin Yanmar diesel engines. The twin screws are recessed into efficient tunnels for shallow water operation

Brokers Notes

 The original Mainship 34 Trawler was a huge success when it was first built in the late 1970s. Over 800 were built in three configurations, the Mainship I, II and lastly the III. In the mid 1990's Mainship reintroduced an updated version making it bigger, better and faster than the original. Another long and successful production run was realized with the yacht going through a number model options available. These are great boats as evidenced by it long production history. Winning designs are always in demand and this well maintained 34 is a perfect example of that. 

Accommodations

The Main Salon is easily accessed by an aft double door or by a starboard side door. The Salon features a convertible Sofa to port and two comfortable chairs to starboard. There are also two bar stools facing the galley counter. Two steps down is the Galley to port . Next forward is access to the large Head. The primary stateroom is forward with a center line bed.

Engines and Machinery

The Engines and Generator are accessed by easily opening the lower portion of the steps leading to the flybridge. There is plenty of room to check on systems and also extra room to stow gear and supplies. The engine area is clean and orderly.

Deck and Hull

The Mainship 34 Trawler is so well thought out when it comes to its deck layout. There are high sides and large railings which makes getting around on deck safe. The large molded steps to the flybridge are easy to navigate. The bridge deck is good sized and extends aft over the cockpit area. This means more deck space on the flybridge and sun protection when you are in the cockpit. The cockpit has a door leading aft to the transom, perfect for diving swimming or boarding a tender.
