The main deck is Open from the aft deck through the salon and dining area forward to the galley with generous headroom.  Design Elements combine tasteful and durable custom carpets, fabrics, furnishings and décor throughout, with richly finished Cherry flooring in the dining, bar, skylounge, crew cabin, VIP and port cabins. Complementing the luxurious interior is stunning satin finished Makore Cherry raised panel cabinetry, doors and wall panels, Caesarstone counters and heated granite floors in the Galley, Marble counters and heated marble floors in the Master and Guest Heads along with matching hardware for light fixtures, doors, cabinets and drawers.

Appliances aboard PARADISE were shipyard installed maximizing use of space in all areas. In the Galley is an upright GE Profile refrigerator with an integral icemaker in one of the two freezer drawers, GE 4-burner Induction cooktop, GE Profile stainless steel 24” oven, GE Profile convection microwave, downdraft cooktop range exhaust, GE Profile stainless steel dishwasher, GE trash compactor, and an Insinkerator garbage disposal. Adjacent to the galley is the Bar Area and the shipyard has provided a Nova Kool refrigerator, U-Line ice maker, U-Line wine captain, and Miele espresso machine. Above on the Fly Bridge deck is a Propane 30” BBQ, U-line undercounter refrigerator with an ice maker. In the Crew Area and on the Aft  Deck are Nova Kool refrigerators. The laundry is GE brand washer and dryer. 

Well-appointed Accommodations include a full beam, king bed Master Stateroom with ensuite head and shower, VIP cabin forward with an island bed and ensuite head and shower, port Guest cabin with double sized bed and ensuite head and shower. Day heads with vanities are located on the aft deck and in the skylounge. An abundance of hanging lockers, drawers and storage compartments in all accommodation areas with the laundry forward are key for an orderly yacht.

Exterior spaces on the main deck extend forward from the aft deck along deep, wide, and covered side decks to the Portuguese bridge and foredeck seating. At the Bow Area resides a Maxwell 3500 dual gypsy hydraulic anchoring system with a 60 kg polished stainless steel anchor, swivel and 400’ of chain, an 80 kg polished stainless steel anchor, swivel and 400’ chain, adjacent anchor launch & retrieve foot pedal controls, separate chain lockers w/ easy access, storage bins under the hatches, washdowns and deck drains are positioned to aid in cleanup.

Access to the Skylounge is either via aft deck molded stairs or by ascending the starboard side interior stairs next to the galley. On the Skylounge deck forward and centerline is the helm area with Garmin electronics, CAT color engine displays, 2-adjustable Pompanette helm chairs, Webasto retractable sunroof with screen and blackout cover, a Captain’s desk and chair with file drawers, Fusion stereo system, Samsung 42” LED TV, (2) custom tables, L-Lounge, custom bench seat with flip bolster, a day head and entry doors aft and to starboard.

Aft of the Skylounge, there is an outdoor galley with a propane BBQ, refrigerator, sink corian countertop and storage.

The Boat Deck section is a self-draining non-skid FRP deck area that presents a fabulous multi-use area with plentiful space and room for a tender with launch options either to port or aft with the full extension, power rotation Steelhead 1750-pound capacity davit.

You will be impressed with 6’ 11” headroom in the Engine room between the engines with ample room forward and outboard for accessibility to critical systems. The Reliable and efficient Caterpillar C18 Marine Diesel 1136 hp Main Engines with underwater exhaust and only 936 hours (9/6/2023) Managed by a 5-station Twin Disc EC300 electronic engine control system which includes a skylounge helm station, 2-aft deck wing stations, 2-fly bridge wing stations, are the heart of Performance offering high torque at low RPM’s providing excellent vessel control. Balancing the Robust drivetrain are Twin Disc QUICK SHIFT gearboxes, Hydraulic PTO’s, Seatorque Shaft System with 3” AQUATECH HS #22 stainless steel propeller shafts, 5-blade propellers, QuicKutter™ Rope Cutters, stainless steel spade rudders and Sea Star steering.

A central hydraulic system powers the ABT Zero Speed 12’ stabilizer fins, Maxwell 3500 dual gypsy anchoring system and the ABT 33 hp each hydraulic bow and stern thrusters.

NMEA 2000 Certified manufacturer Garmin Electronics Suite components are installed including Garmin 8622 GPSMAP MFD Touch-screen color displays with BlueChart preloaded maps. A Maretron Vessel Monitoring System supplies critical tankage data. Garmin cameras stream views from the aft deck and engine room to the Skylounge Garmin display.

The Comfort climate control throughout the accommodations, main deck, skylounge, crew area and engine room is Dometic’s multi-zone chilled water air conditioning w/reverse cycle heat system. An Olympia Hydronic Diesel Furnace system with multi-zone controls is plumbed throughout the accommodations, main deck, skylounge and crew area.

Throughout the main deck and skylounge perimeters are large embedded fixed frameless windows which bathe the interior spaces with natural light.

Stepping aboard PARADISE, it’s the Solid feel in the balance and construction that draws you in. 

Aboard the full width molded fiberglass non-skid swim platform you note four sets of 2 ½“ stainless steel staple railings with a spare set of storage receptacles for Flexibility to configure as necessary. Attached to one staple is a vertical rail that swivels to horizontal connecting the two inner staples for safety then back to vertical for Ease of boarding into and from the water, your tender and toys. Mounted in the swim step is the (in water) boarding ladder, aft corner recessed stainless steel Pop-up cleats for the tender and water toys, large, recessed stainless steel mooring Tie-down cleats, port and starboard shorepower cords that will lay within Recessed shore power cable safety channels molded into the swim platform with flush, hinged covers help to keep the swim step clear of a possible trip hazard.

Built into the substantial transom is an Aircraft style watertight transom door with a locking stainless steel ‘T’ handle for Convenient access to the crew, storage and engine room spaces when docked. Handy storage lockers are located port and starboard at the steps to the aft deck. Located in these storage areas is a dockside freshwater inlet, fresh and raw water washdown hose connections as well as fresh water hot & cold transom shower.

Next, you Intuitively lay hold of a well-placed handrail and ascend the courtesy lit Gently Curved steps finished with teak treads. The aft deck and side decks to midship are finished in teak. Ahead of the teak finished side decks are the factory-molded in non-skid decks forward along each side deck to the foredeck.

Situated on the aft deck between the custom stainless steel frame transom gates is the molded-in settee fitted with Custom upholstered cushions, pillows and seat backs. Adjacent and forward the settee is a gloss finished Cherry wood full length oval dining table with ebony, holly & rosewood compass rose inlay. The table is mounted atop a table base with a built-in refrigerator Affording you a fabulous alfresco dining and entertaining space. Positioned above the settee are a pair of JL Audio outdoor speakers and directed aft are (2) docking lights and a center mounted camera streaming video for security to an onboard skylounge helm display.

Confident docking is achieved with cleverly concealed engine and thruster control stations located port and starboard at the aft deck.

When lounging on the aft deck you have Unobstructed visibility forward through the salon and dining area into the spacious galley. Not to be overlooked is the opportunity to watch favorite programming on the Samsung television that stows neatly in an overhead compartment above the aft deck storage cabinet just outside the Locking stainless steel framed sliding salon door.

Overhead LED lighting is dimmable and the deck courtesy lighting has a soft non-glare blue hue. A Thoughtfully placed courtesy light is located next to the lock on the salon door for accessing at night.

For convenience and functionality, PARADISE has an aft deck day head which includes a Techma toilet, Corian vanity and floor with drain, mirror, window with shade and privacy door.

Flanking the aft deck port and starboard are hinged, opening FRP Boarding gates with oval stainless steel handrails.

Marquipt sea stairs which attach outside the port and starboard FRP boarding gates are conveniently stored below the port aft deck controls in a sealed, molded-in compartment.

Port and starboard wide covered Walkaround Decks, solid feeling bulwarks with comfortable grip oval stainless steel handrails mounted atop the gunwales, bright overhead and low-mounted blue courtesy lighting for the deck trail provide safe maneuvering about the main deck. Three stainless steel hawseholes with cleats are positioned along each side and accessible from inside or outside the vessel.

Moving forward from the aft deck are large embedded fixed frameless windows which allow natural light in while offering less worry for leaks. Engine room ventilation plenums are installed inside the bulwarks below the gunwales along the deck trails to minimize potential water intrusion into the engine room. Fueling both tanks simultaneously from one side is possible through the diesel fuel fill ports which are concealed behind a latched locker panel on the inboard side of each deck trail lessening spill potential.

Robust aircraft style locking access doors are placed at each side for accessing to and from the interior main deck dining and galley areas. The vessel’s freshwater fill is on the port deck trail just aft of the dining access door. A hatch covered compartment houses the mid-ship shore power electrical inlets and phone and cable TV inlets are located here as well on the starboard side.

Crossing the Portuguese Bridge area in front of the galley a cache of storage compartments large enough for fenders is situated below the windshield behind (3) large opening hatches. Additional storage compartments for lines, life jackets and deck gear are beneath the foredeck bench seats with custom cushions and canvas covers on each side of centerline dual opening walk-through hatch with stainless steel safety latch.

The Foredeck is FRP non-skid with perimeter stainless steel oval handrail, welded mid-rail, bow rail with ensign staff, and gunwale mounted stanchions.  A deck hatch for the VIP stateroom is located centerline between the Portuguese bridge entry and the Muir hydraulic anchor system. At the bow are (2) polished stainless steel anchors, 60 kg AND 80 kg and each are mated with stainless steel swivels and 400’ of chain, in-deck storage bins, fresh and raw water washdowns, windlass foot pedal controls and recessed stainless steel hawseholes with bow cleats. Oversized open drain holes are molded into the base of the bulwarks in addition to the (4) deck drains. The waste tank pumpout fitting is to port of the portside foredeck bench seat.

Transitioning to the fly bridge from the aft deck is through a horizontal sliding overhead fiberglass hatch for Security and weather protection via fiberglass molded steps with teak treads and stainless steel safety railing.

The fully enclosed skylounge FRP Hardtop has a custom mast where an anchor light, electronics and communications antennae are mounted above, (2) spreader/flood lights mounted aft, a Webasto opening skylight in the hardtop above the helm chairs, and LED overhead lighting. Servicing and cleaning access for the top is via factory provided, collapsible custom stainless steel ladder. An aircraft style locking access door is placed starboardside for accessing onto the skylounge level Portuguese Bridge from the interior of the skylounge deck.

Port and starboard stainless steel Oval Railing extend from the sides of the skylounge and completely around the fore brow where an FRP non-skid walkway allows for fabulous vistas and when it’s time for cleaning the outer sides of the enclosed upper deck makes the chores more safe and efficient. The railings are joined aft by dual vinyl coated lifelines.

Port and starboard Control Stations with engine and thruster controls are concealed behind flush mounted weather resistant hatches along each side of the walk around Portuguese Bridge affording great line of sight manuevering underway.

For Dining, Entertaining and Relaxing the hub of the skylounge to port is laid out with a large custom Makore cherry tabletop with compass rose inlay and hinged leaves mounted atop a cherry table base which includes (2) storage drawers. The table is surounded aft and to port by a built-in cherry L-lounge with custom upholstered cushions, pillows and storage below; forward and adjacent to the table is a built-in cherry bench with a swiveling fore and aft custom upholstered bolster cushion seat back for positioning comfortably facing forward at the custom rectangular table directly behind the helm chairs or facing aft to join in a gathering at the built-in L-lounge.The sole is cherry and providing protection and warmth over the wood floor is the custom bound edge carpet. 

Situated starboard is a Captain’s Desk with file drawers. An under counter Samsung LED TV is mounted on a lift and a Fusion stereo system with ceiling mounted Polk speakers are available for your audio /visual enjoyment.

Conveniently located in the starboard aft section of the skylounge is a Day Head which includes a Techma toilet, Corian vanity, and floor with drain, mirror, window with shade and privacy door.

An Outdoor Galley that includes a 30” propane grill, Corian countertopped FRP cabinet with stainless steel grab rails, undercounter stainless steel sink with hot and cold fresh water faucet, storage below, and U-Line refrigerator with an integral ice maker. For convenience and ease in cleaning chores, a 110VAC outlet, and pressurized fresh water washdown are provided near the entertainment center.

A 14’ Rigid Boats Sport Model with 40 HP Suzuki outboard, Garmin 74 SV 7” screen GPS with transducer and Garmin 115 VHF with 4’ antenna is situated athwartship aft on tender chocks. The tender is launched either to port or aft with the full power rotation Steelhead 1750-pound lift capacity davit.

The fly bridge Decking is FRP molded non-skid with drainage channels and deck drains aft. Flood lights and courtesy lights provide ample brightness for the deck areas at night.

Interior Access to and from the main deck is by way of the starboard side open stairway with custom cherry treads and custom cherry handrail. The stairway has a closing swing hatch panel and sliding top hatch to separate the decks for night navigation or to accommodate multiple functions within the yacht simultaneously.

Crossing over the threshold of a stainless steel framed sliding glass door with retractable drapes, you enter the Salon from the aft deck feeling the breadth and expanse through the interior main deck open floor plan to the spacious and bright dining and galley areas. Large frameless windows port, starboard and forward allowing voluminous amounts of natural light to fill the spaces have built-in window boxes which house custom shades for privacy. Overhead is the custom headliner, stylish Makore cherry wood ceiling feature, task lighting combined with dimmable fixtures, soft indirect lighting at the perimeter above the windows and Bose speakers. Satin finish handcrafted custom raised panel cabinetry highlights the starboard aft corner of the salon stairway entry to the crew area, end table with forward cherry frame and glass door display cabinet, and entertainment cabinet to starboard with a 44” Samsung TV on a lift and Bose Surround Sound System. Custom built furniture arranged in the salon is finished in luxurious fabrics and includes accent pillows, an aft corner chair, a port L-shaped sofa with storage below and two starboard side upholstered chairs. A custom oval steel and glass occasional table is situated between the L-lounge and aft corner chair. The flooring is carpeted with special sound attenuating underlayment and pad. Climate control comfort is provided by chilled water air conditioning with reverse cycle heat and diesel furnace controls. Multiple 110VAC outlets provide on demand power.

Up two steps forward is the spacious and open Dining area with sturdy aircraft style port and starboard doors with screens for access to the exterior side decks and an inside stair access to the skylounge via an open stairway. The dining area has satin finish handcrafted custom raised panel Makore cherry millwork. A custom dining table with (6) custom cherry chairs with upholstered seats is mounted on a storage pedestal base on the port side. Storage cabinets are below an art niche to port and under the half wall toward the salon. Frameless windows port and starboard allow voluminous amounts of natural light to fill the spaces for comfort while dining and entertaining. Overhead is the custom headliner with a custom cherry wood ceiling feature, and task lighting combined with indirect lighting. Within the dining area a Samsung LED TV is concealed below the counter and will lift out for viewing your favorite programs. Climate control comfort is provided by chilled water air conditioning with reverse cycle heat outlet and diesel furnace controls. Multiple 110VAC outlets provide on demand power.

To starboard and adjacent to the dining area is the Bar positioned in the nook below the open stairway to the skylounge. A tastefully designed satin finish handcrafted custom raised panel standup bar with Ceaserstone working top and upper serving top has a sink with faucet, Nova Kool refrigerator, U-Line ice maker, U-Line wine captain and Miele espresso machine.

 The Galley is forward with a granite floor heated by the diesel furnace system. Large frameless windows forward, port and starboard allow voluminous amounts of natural light to fill the spaces have built-in window boxes which house custom shades for privacy. Overhead is the custom headliner, task lighting combined with dimmable fixtures and indirect lighting above. Satin finish handcrafted custom raised panel cabinetry throughout the galley provides an abundance of storage for dishware and provisions. An offset galley counter for serving is accompanied by (2) custom Makore cherry bar stools. Drawers are dovetail construction for strength and durability with full-length glides so that retrieving items in the back of drawers is possible. All cabinetry door and drawer hardware are matching chrome. Galley appliances include GE Profile refrigerator with freezer drawers, GE Profile 4-burner induction cooktop with downdraft vent, GE Profile electric oven, GE Profile Convection microwave, GE Profile dishwasher and GE trash compactor. The large undercounter stainless steel sink with single lever faucet and Insinkerator disposal help with cleanup chores. Climate control comfort is provided by chilled water air conditioning with reverse cycle heat and diesel furnace controls. Multiple 110VAC outlets provide on demand power.

A curved stairway with carpeted steps takes you to the Foyer landing which is well-lit overhead with courtesy lights in the stair risers. At the base of the stairs is a custom marble floor with stainless steel inlay accent. Satin finish handcrafted custom raised panel Makore cherry cabinetry and doors, high ceiling with a custom ceiling feature, Italian light fixtures with matching chrome latching cabinetry and door hardware, art shelf and mirrored wall panel above the storage cabinet bestows a sense of spaciousness. The upper portion of the center wall in the companionway is a generous art niche. Located centrally are the separate Bosch 220VAC Washer and Dryer and cherry floor. Beneath the foyer companionway and into the painted forward bilge through a finished hatch is a well-lit area for access to the 20-gallon hot water tank, storage, ABT hydraulic bow thruster servicing, waste tank, and plumbing runs.

The Crew Cabin and lounge area are accessed aft in the starboard salon at a curved stairway with cherry wood treads, at the base of the stairs the flooring is rubberized EcoFloor with diamond pattern.
