NEW TO MARKET - EXCELLENT CRUISING OR LIVEABOARD
SEA LIVIN', a 1995 Johnson Motoryacht for sale represents an incredible value for her next owner. Professionally maintained by the same knowledgeable captain for the past 14 years and with more than $400,000 in upgrades and improvements over the past 7 years or so. As she sits, she's a turn-key, beautifully outfitted 4 Stateroom, 3-head (plus crew quarters) vessel offered by a knowledgeable and experienced owner.
With a generous 19' beam, spacious open salon, full beam master plus 3 guest staterooms in a split floorplan, SEA LIVIN' is the perfect platform for coastal cruising or heading out and exploring the Keys and Bahamas or beyond. With her spacious interior and numerous amenities, she would shine as a long-term liveaboard as well.
With an impressive cruising speed of 26 knots, that means you can get up and run when you want to put the weather behind you, or just want to cover some ground. Of course, you can pull it back and enjoy a nice, economical 10-knot cruise, too.

SEA LIVIN' is seriously for sale and ready for offers. Given the extensive work completed on this boat over the last decade or so she represents a value that far exceeds her asking price - especially in a boat of this size.
The 65 Johnson Motoryacht rivals any similar boat on the water in terms of style, space and performance. With a 26 knot cruise, she'll get you anywhere you need to go in short order, or at 10 knots, immensely increasing the range, the far flung destinations are well within reach.
Aft, lies private access to the massive full-beam master suite which is fit for a king, and the space allowed in the open floorplan of the salon, galley and dining area makes for an incredibly comfortable cruiser, or even liveaboard.
Below, forward, are the guest cabins. All en-suite and spacious in their own right, with updated heads and showers in each including beautiful tile work, rebuilt heads and new plumbing.
The forward VIP is a centerline queen, the port guest cabin has a twin and the starboard has an upper/lower bunk.
On deck, her large 19' beam provides a huge entertaining area in the cockpit, as well as the bridge, and the sunpad forward can fit you and 8 of your closest friends with ease.
She's truly such an incredibly well-rounded boat that is capable of successfully accommodating a wide range of needs. And with the laundry list of recent upgrades, improvements and continued care, SEA LIVIN' offers an opportunity to confidently move into a vessel in this size range, for a very nominal number.
As mentioned- the list of improvements has been significant, and consistent care has been taken to improve SEA LIVIN' over the course of the recent years.
