Kevin Frawley joined the United States Coast Guard in 2001 and spent his first two years of service in the Presidential Honor Guard in Washington, D.C., performing ceremonial duties at the White House, Pentagon and Tomb of the Unknowns as well as performing funeral services at Arlington National Cemetery. Kevin started his sea time onboard a 210' cutter in 2003 and a year later volunteered for a one year tour of duty in Iraq before returning to finish out his service in Miami.

Onboard ‘Valiant’, he served as a Gunners mate, Quartermaster and Boarding team member. The Valiant patrolled Caribbean waters conducting drug and migrant interdiction, including being the first US asset to arrive in Port-au-Prince during the 2004 Coup d’état, in which he received the Commandant’s Letter of Commendation. In the spring of 2004, he volunteered for a one-year deployment to serve onboard the Coast Guard Cutter Wrangell, a 110’ Island class cutter in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon completion of this deployment he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal.

Returning to the United States as a Gunners mate 2nd Class in 2005, he was assigned to the CGC Sitkinak, another 110’ cutter out of Miami Beach. Kevin was one of the first responders for the crash of Chalks Flight 101 on December 19, 2005. For his service onboard Sitkinak, he was awarded the Coast Guard Achievement medal.

Kevin joined Denison Yacht Sales in 2006 selling brokerage boats between 50' & 130'. In 2009, Denison started to represent Selene Yachts and Kevin was selected as manager of Denison Yacht Sales first new boat line. This position allowed him to learn a great deal about yacht design and the building process, as well as successfully navigating the challenges presented by dealing with complicated builds in foreign countires. In 2012, he took on management of the Contender brand for Denison. Kevin helped bring Hatteras to Denison in 2016, serving as brand manager, and was promoted to new boat sales manager for Denison Yachting.

In 2021, upon the recommendations of his loyal clientele and his genius wife, Kevin decided to start Resolute Yachting in order to provide a superior level of service he believes every single client deserves, regardless of whether they're buying a center console, or a large motor yacht. He lives in Fort Lauderdale with aforementioned wife, their four children, and their Great Dane.
