Yacht Sales and Charter Broker Steve Elario has enjoyed a 30-plus-year career in the yachting industry. Originally from Newburyport, Massachusetts, Steve made his way to Florida in the early 80s, following his love of life on the water. He then found the yachting industry and jumped in feet first, starting as a deckhand and quickly working his way to captain on yachts ranging from 80 to 200 feet.

Steve decided it was time for a change and, in 1999, he made the move ashore to begin his career as a charter and sales broker. 

Since making that move almost 20 years ago, Steve has enjoyed much success. Thanks to his extensive experience working on charter yachts, Steve cruised some of the world’s most-sought-after destinations. Hence, he's always keen to share with clients his personal knowledge of an area. Steve is dedicated to providing his charter clients with once-in-a-lifetime, world-class holidays. Steve also boasts a solid sales record, including multiple new build sales, and an international network of clients. Steve is a driven charter and sales broker who enjoys sharing his passion for the industry. His can-do attitude and ample yachting experience greatly benefit him in his role at Northrop & Johnson.
