A seasoned communications and marketing professional with experience working with corporations such as NBC’s Telemundo Networks, VIACOM’s MTV Networks Latin America, La Comunidad Advertising Agency, Converse Latin America and The Miami Herald to name a few, Liliana has strategically planned, managed and executed public relations and marketing campaigns for nearly a decade.

Liliana transitioned to the yachting industry after having been introduced to it while on vacation in 2011. She left corporate America and became crew on a luxury charter yacht in Miami Beach,FL where she quickly noticed a void in the market to offer unparalleled products and services to the end-user. She co-founded Propel Yachts in 2014 and helped build and lead a very successful day and short-term charter operation and charter yacht fleet specializing in the South Florida and Bahamas market for 5 years.

Strengthened by her expertise in charter management, digital and experiential marketing Liliana joined IYC as Charter Manager in March of 2019.

An innate athlete and Miami-native, Liliana is dedicated to spending most of her spare time on the sands of Miami Beach, where she practices beach volleyball. Liliana is bilingual and a second-generation Cuban-American and is based out of the Ft. Lauderdale office.
